			* "brutish" is someone that does not know, while "a fool" does not understand.
			* The difference here is important, since the intention or rationale for the behaviour of each is fundamentally different. The one acts the way they do because they simply don't know, they are acting out of ignorance (i.e. due to lack of knowledge). The other however is not like that. They act the way they due because of lack of understanding. Now the question arises as to "why" don't they understand? Ref Psa 94:8.
